Major Responsibilities:

• Build and manage Google Ad Campaigns including Display, Search, Shopping, Video Ads
• Evaluate and optimize paid media channels towards achieving customer acquisition goals on a daily basis
• Control overall budget and cost cap targets (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL) to drive for the most cost-effective campaigns
• Track and report on KPIs in support of company goals for current and test initiatives
• Create and implement campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings
• Write engaging ad copy and work with design team for compelling ads
• Collaborate with the broader Marketing Team, Analysts and Merchandising
• Work with Web Marketing Specialist in executing Seasonal Marketing campaigns
• Stay informed with PPC and Paid Social industry best practices, new trends and technologies
• Support other paid media customer acquisition initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 year's work experience in managing, optimizing and scaling campaigns in Google Search and Shopping; Facebook Marketplace experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar and familiarity with Pivot Tables
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Very analytical and able to spot trends in the data
• A strategic thinker that can switch from plan to action with ease
